EPP VACUUM MOLDING MACHINE
PURPOSE:
The machine is full-automatic to produce EPP molding products, which is used for industries of packaging,
automotive parts, toy, etc.
PRINCIPIUM:
The machine is adopted international advanced EPP molding technology. Molding speed quickly, electricity
consumption low, operation stable and credible.
The controlling system is used PLC from Germany Siemens, true colorful touch-screen from Taiwan WeinView,
revolve coder from Japan Omron.
The components of hydraulic system are from Taiwan XuTian. The oil line has quick and slow speed, running
stable.
The machine frame is removed rust by temper and shot blasting treatment, to make the machine constant form,
not rusty.
The machine is adopted the big caliber intake/exhaust technology, to make molding speed quickly, vacuum
time shortly.
